Polls

With polls, you can gain insights into what truly matters to your employees or members. By creating and conducting polls, you can easily and quickly gauge the opinions and thoughts of your team on any given topic. Whether you want to gather feedback on a new initiative, solicit opinions on company culture, or simply check employee morale, poll can help you gain valuable insights and make informed decisions.

Create a poll

To create a poll, open the editor from the post channel or an expanded database page.

  1. Click the Raise a Poll button in the editor toolbar.
  2. Enter the title into the poll block.
  3. Enter the description below the title.
  4. Type a question and add text to the options box. To delete an option, click the x button on the right-hand side correspondingly. Or you can hold the ⋮⋮ handle to move the option around.
  5. Click the + Add option button if you want to add more options to your poll.
  6. Click the Remove Poll button to delete the poll from your post or item.

Vote in a poll

To participate in a poll, click or tap on your preferred option. Once you’ve voted, the results will be displayed immediately. Your vote will be indicated with a purple color. Please note that each poll can only be voted on once. However, if you change your mind or wish to adjust your vote, you can cancel it by clicking on your original selection again.

List of Tasks

With the list of tasks, you can easily visualize your progress toward completing your tasks. Add and prioritize tasks on your to-do list. As you check done, you’ll see the progress bar move closer and closer to 100%.

Anyone in the channel can mark tasks as completed, even if they didn’t create them.

Access the editor by navigating to the post channel or an expanded database page.

  1. Click the Raise a Task button in the editor toolbar to create a task block.
  2. Type the title into the task block.
  3. Enter the description below the title.
  4. Add a task to the list by typing them into the options box. To delete an option, click the x button on the right-hand side, or use the ⋮⋮ handle to move options around.
  5. Click the + Add option button if you want to add more options to your list of tasks.
  6. To delete the entire task list from your post or item, click the Remove Tasks button.
