What is Trickle and Why is Trickle?

What can I build with Trickle?

How do I check how much credit I have left?

Open the left sidebar and click your username. Your remaining credit will be displayed in the dropdown menu.

How is credit used?

Credits are used in this order: we'll apply your free monthly credits first, then your plan credits, and finally any add-on credits you've purchased. This way, you always use up the free and included credits before dipping into paid extras.

How can I see how many credits each action uses?

Each time you run a prompt, the credit usage is shown directly in the chat feed. You'll see the number of credits used in the top-right corner of Trickle's reply. If a "Fix error" action is triggered, it won't consume any additional credits.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can update your payment method at any time through your billing settings. To do this, open the left sidebar and click the workspace settings icon at the bottom. In the panel, go to the 'My Subscription' tab and scroll down to click the 'Manage Subscription' button. This will take you to the Stripe subscription management page. From there, find your credit card information and click the edit icon next to it to update your payment method.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We currently accept all major credit and debit card brands.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find and download your invoices on the Stripe subscription management page. To access it, go to the 'My subscription' tab via the account drop-down menu and click 'Workspace settings.' On the subscription management page, you will find all your historical invoices, which you can view and download.
