With list view, you can easily scan, navigate, and filter data based on specific criteria while enjoying a clear and concise summary view of selected fields. Don’t let a cluttered database slow you down.
In list view, each item represents a row of information including the item’s title and associated properties.
You have three options to add a new item to your database using list view:
You can easily expand any item into a dedicated page for more detailed content and focused conversation. To open an item and access its page, simply hover over the item you’d like to explore and click the Open button. Learn more about the Expanded Database Page →
When you hover over an item, a ⋮⋮ symbol will appear in the left margin. This is the item handle, which you can use to perform a variety of actions:
Reorder items
Open the item menu
Click on the item handle to bring up the option menu:
🤹 Note
When you drag an item from one group to another, the corresponding value will change based on the group it belongs to. Learn more about Group by, Filter, and Sort here →
You can quickly identify which items in the list have yet to be read. When an item is unread, a purple bar will appear on the left-hand side of the item. Once you have read the item, the purple bar will disappear, making it easy to keep track of what you have and haven’t read.
Stay up-to-date with real-time item viewing status. When a member is viewing an item, their avatar will be displayed next to the task they’re working on, making it easy to see who is currently working on it in real-time.
