Each account can create multiple workspaces, which can be tailored to your preferences with unique workspace settings. This guide will walk you through managing all aspects of a single workspace.
Navigate to the workspace settings
Switch to the workspace that you want to set. To access your workspace management options, navigate to the Workspace Settings on the control panel. Once you are there, click on the Settings tab in the popup window. By default, you will enter the workspace settings page.
Within this window, you can:
Change the workspace icon: Click the + Upload photo button to upload an image or a GIF. The recommended image size is up to 5 MB, and for GIFs, it is up to 1 MB.
Change the workspace name: Enter the workspace name and keep it recognizable for your members.
Click the x button in the top right corner to save your updates.
Leave or delete a workspace
Leave a workspace
Click the Workspace Settings on the control panel.
Click the Leave Workspace button below the Danger zone.
To confirm leaving the workspace, follow the prompts in the pop-up window and click the Leave button.
After removal, the workspace will be removed from your workspace list, and you will no longer have access to any of its contents.
👋 Note You can always be re-added to the workspace you‘ve left if invited.
Delete a workspace
Click the Workspace Settings on the control panel.
Click the Delete entire workspace button. You’ll be asked to enter the workspace name to double-check that this is what you want to do.
❗️Note Only owners can permanently delete workspaces. This action cannot be undone.
